⚡ PHASE 1: RESET (Days 1–10)
Regain Control of Your Mind and Body
Daily Non-Negotiables (Do Every Day)
- 5 minutes of deep breathing (4-4-6)
- 10–20 minute walk
- No phone for first 30 minutes after waking
- Drink water immediately upon waking
- Night reflection (5 minutes)
Day 1: Awareness Begins
- Write down how you currently feel (mind, body, life)
- Identify your biggest stressors
- Ask: “What is draining my energy?”
Day 2: Reduce Noise
- Turn off unnecessary notifications
- Limit social media to 30 minutes max
- Notice how often you reach for your phone
Day 3: Breath = Control
- Practice the XTC Reset 3 times today
- Observe how your state changes after each reset
Day 4: Sleep Reset
- Set a fixed sleep and wake time
- No screens 30–60 minutes before bed
Day 5: Move Your Body
- Walk, stretch, or exercise for 20+ minutes
- Focus on feeling energized, not exhausted
Day 6: Clean Your Space
- Organize your environment
- Remove clutter and distractions
Day 7: Mental Awareness
- Track your thoughts for 10 minutes
- Write down recurring negative patterns
Day 8: Emotional Awareness
- Notice your emotional triggers today
- Ask: “Why did I react that way?”
Day 9: Digital Detox Lite
- 2+ hours with no phone or screens
- Sit, think, walk, or reflect
Day 10: Reset Reflection
- What changed this week?
- What feels better?
- What still needs work?

- Continue Phase 1 habits
- Add 5 minutes of intentional thinking
- Catch and rewrite negative thoughts
Day 11: Identify Your Patterns
- Write your top 5 limiting beliefs
- Example: “I’m not disciplined”
Day 12: Rewrite the Script
- Replace each belief with a better one
- Example: “I am building discipline daily”
Day 13: Interrupt the Loop
- Catch yourself reacting automatically
- Pause → breathe → choose response
Day 14: Focus Training
- Do one task for 25 minutes uninterrupted
- No distractions allowed
Day 15: Emotional Control
- When triggered, label the emotion:
“This is anxiety” / “This is stress”
Day 16: Reframe Challenges
- Turn problems into growth:
“This is happening for me, not to me”
Day 17: Identity Upgrade
- Write:
“The person I am becoming is…” - List 5 traits
Day 18: Act Like That Person
- Make decisions based on your future identity
Day 19: Habit Reinforcement
- Repeat 3 key habits consistently today
- Focus on execution, not perfection
Day 20: Rewire Reflection
- What patterns changed?
- What feels easier now?

- Reach out to someone meaningful
- Be present in conversation
Day 25: Financial Awareness
- Review income, expenses, habits
- Identify 1 improvement
Day 26: Purpose Alignment
- What work or activity feels meaningful?
- Take one step toward it
Day 27: Environment Design
- Upgrade your workspace or living space
- Make it cleaner, calmer, focused
Day 28: Spiritual Connection
- Spend time in silence, reflection, or nature
- Ask: “What truly matters?”
Day 29: Identity Lock-In
- Write:
“This is who I am now…” - Reinforce your new self
Day 30: Final Integration
- Review entire journey
- What changed?
- What will you continue?
